The latest survey by the Federal Highway Police (PRF), released at the end of the morning of today (2), points out that 631 actions of interdiction or blockades on federal roads were undone in the country. Protesters protest against the results of the presidential elections.
The PRF reported that the blockages are total interruptions of the roads, while the interdictions keep the flow partially impeded.
According to the balance sheet, 15 states register actions, 98 of which are banned and 52 are blocked. Santa Catarina is the state with the most blocks (36), followed by Paraná (10) and Rio Grande do Sul (3). Interdictions occur in greater numbers in Mato Grosso (30), Pará (17), Rondônia (12) and Paraná (10).
In São Paulo, at the end of the morning, the Military Police (PM) Shock Troop was called to clear the lanes of the Castello Branco Highway, in the Barueri region. On state highways, the PM reported that 109 roads were released, 135 are partially released and 20 are closed.
In Bahia, an injunction by the federal judge on duty Felipo Lívio Lemos Luz, rendered yesterday (1st), determines the reintegration and prohibition of interdiction of the BR-101 highway and other federal roads in the state. The magistrate established a fine of R$ 55 thousand for each person who fails to comply with the decision.

The National Health Surveillance Agency (Anvisa) released a note on this fourthon Monday, informing that it monitors – together with the regulated sector – possible shortages of health supplies, in the face of news of road blockages.
According to the note, the agency officiated the Ministries of Health, Justice, Civil House, Federal Public Ministry, Federal Supreme Court, National Council of State Health Secretaries (Conasss) and National Council of Municipal Health Secretaries (Conasems), alerting to the importance of ensuring continuous and unimpeded flows of health supplies. “It is a measure that comes within the scope of the agency’s mission to identify threats and protect the health of the population”, says the note.
At MondayOn this day (31), the minister of the Federal Supreme Court, Alexandre de Moraes, ordered the immediate unblocking of roads, with punishments for protesters and the director general of the PRF in case of non-compliance.
