Reisch: There are empty houses and they are not granted to passive people who “charge very little”

Reisch: There are empty houses and they are not granted to passive people who "charge very little"

The Colorado legislator, for the department of Colonia, through the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, requested the information from the Social Security Bank (BPS) and the Ministry of Housing for the period 2020-2025.

Reisch requested information on the “Housing Solutions Program, detailed by city or locality in said department, the coordinated planning with the Ministry of Housing and Territorial Planning for the period 2020-2025 with determination of the number of houses and places where they are being built or will be built and if there are rental subsidies and how many bed places have been granted in the last 5 years in the department of Colonia”.

Argument that worries him that there is “a number of unoccupied houses without being delivered. There are many retirees and pensioners who earn very little and are listed as applicants when there are vacant homes. We understand that the procedures must be accelerated and that they be granted immediately”
