The Minister for Education, Yelitze Santaella, delivered this Friday, fully rehabilitated and recovered, the Simoncito Libertador Initial Education Center (CEIN), located on Intercommunal Avenue in El Valle, Caracas.
Santaella explained that this educational center was built in 2007 during the government of the Commander, Hugo Chávez, and now rehabilitated by the President of the Republic, Nicolás Maduro, in joint work with the People’s Power, through the Military Community Brigades for Education and Health (Bricomiles).
He also explained that the CEIN Simoncito Libertador, cares for 200 preschool-age boys and girls who live in the El Valle parish, “here are my fellow teachers, thanking President Nicolás Maduro for the Bricomiles, which have been decisive in this recovery.
For her part, the director of the CEIN, Simoncito Libertador, highlighted that this initial education institution had been a victim of vandalization, “we had lost hope because our center was totally vandalized, but the Bricomiles, and the community, managed for us to have once again that hope of seeing our little simon again as we are seeing him today”.
He thanked all the active forces of the parish, the Bolivarian National Police, which provides the support for the protection and security that the educational facility needs, “since the officials of the Bolivarian National Police found out that it had been vandalized, they have always been doing route”.
Likewise, the representative of Popular Power, Diógenes Carrillo, stated that through this rehabilitation, one can “see the boys and girls very happy; I am deeply happy, this is the true Homeland, this is the beautiful face of our country and the boys are happy, they were guaranteed their school year that was in danger”.
