Agustín González Vargas, private secretary of the circuit magistrate, is seeking his nomination as judge of the eleventh judicial circuit of Michoacán.
The positions to be selected in June 2025:
- Five ministers and four ministers of the SCJN
- Three magistrates and two magistrates of the Disciplinary Court
- A magistrate and a magistrate of the Superior Chamber of the TEPJF
- 10 judges and five judges from the Regional Chambers of the TEPJF based in Guadalajara, Monterrey, Xalapa, CDMC and Toluca
- 464 Circuit magistrates and 386 District judges
On December 6, 2024, the Committee will conclude the review of compliance with eligibility and approve the lists with the folios and names of those who meet the requirements; These lists will be made public no later than December 9.
