REPORT PREPARED BY THE INSTITUTIONAL CONTROL BODY
Specific Control Report No. 049-2021-2-5338-SCE was prepared by the Institutional Control Body (OCI) of the Regional Government of Huancavelica (GRH).
According to this report, officials of the regional entity proposed, appointed, granted, approved and disbursed the qualification of an internal commissioned fund to an official who was a trusted position, despite the fact that the GRH directive established that said delivery should be made to a server under the modality of Legislative Decree No. 1057 and Legislative Decree No. 276.
Likewise, the document details that, after the authorization of the money, the official who received the funds did not render the authorization of the funds that were for the work plan “Humanitarian support to Huancavelican residents stranded in the city of Lima before the COVID-19 emergency″, with the amount delivered being 35 thousand 686 soles.

According to the report, the GRH would have violated several regulations, for which it recommends the regional governor of Huancavelica, Maciste Díaz, carry out actions according to his competence, which allow the demarcation of responsibilities.
It should be noted that there are 7 officials in 2020, who would be being questioned by the Comptroller’s Office, therefore, the control body is submitting the report so that the Regional Government initiates legal or administrative actions.
The report was submitted with official letter No. 1765-2021/GOB.REG.HVCA/OCI.
