Rector Editrudis Beltrán announces unity between UASD and COOEPROUASD

The rector of the Autonomous University of Santo Domingoannounced the resumption of good relations between the academy and the UASD Employees and Teachers Cooperative (COOEPROUASD).

During a document, Beltrán stated that the differences between the university authorities and COOEPROUASD.

He also indicated that his management is characterized by solving any problems that have arisen in the recent past, as is the case with the cooperative entity.

The Uasdian authority specified that he always believes in the need for dialogue and leaving behind any inconvenience so that the progress of the Primacy of America is achieved.

In that sense, he noted that his administration saw the need to open the doors of unity to leave in the past any differences with the leaders who are in charge of COOEPROUASD.

In this regard, the rector announced that, after a fruitful meeting with the representatives of the cooperative entity, with Mr. Francisco Luciano at the head, everything is back to normal.

Within the agreed agreement, the first university founded in the American continent commits to, monthly, deposit the discounts to the employees and professors.

Similarly, COOEPROUASD gives a piece of land in the Engombe sector to the UASD as a donation.

Accompanied by teacher Francisco Luciano, teacher Weldin Méndez, president of the Board of Directors of COOEPROUASD; Mr. Pablo Rodríguez Minier, Treasurer of the Board of Directors; and Mr. Luis Burgos, Notary Public.
