Policaracas officials captured Emery Hernández Tovar, a subject accused of multiple violations who had escaped last week from the Cicpc-El Rosal, according to sources from the security agency.
Hernandez’s recapture took place this Saturday night in Vista Alegre, Libertador municipality, Caracas, according to a preliminary review by Policaracas.
Once he was apprehended, the subject was transferred to the Policaracas office where he was verified in the Police Information System, which showed that he was requested by the 9th Control Court for Violence against Women in Caracas.
