Great victory for Real Santa Cruz in El Pajonal to continue fourth in the League. The Santa Cruz team had a bad first half, but was able to correct it in the second to ensure a complicated and tight victory.

In the first time, Real Santa Cruz was not the one called “best of cruceños” currently. Independiente hurt him on the wings, he tried with some crossed centers, but it was ineffective.

Real Santa Cruz had no connection, and only Jayro Jean was the most unruly of the locals. Even so, Germán Arauz did not have a job in the goal of Independent.

The second half came with more emotions. Real Santa Cruz revised its manual at halftime, and went out furiously to seek victory. Independiente was cornered in the first minutes.

The local pressure paid off at 61′. Danco García took a violent shot from outside the area and beat Arauz. First shot, crossed and low to score 1-0.

Independiente remained in the fight until the final minutes, and to preserve the three units, Real Santa Cruz gradually fell back in the final stretch of the match.

Despite the attempts, the score was 1-0 in favor of Real Santa Cruz. Independiente is ninth in the League, and thirteenth in the average table. It shares the same figure as Libertad Gran Mamoré (1.058824), and both are above Blooming, Guabirá and Oriente Petrolero in the relegation fight.
