Ademi Bank continues to bet on improving the quality of life of Dominican families with its home improvement program called Credi Mejoras.
In the newly developed version of the fair, a total of 1,673 loans were made, for an amount of RD$327 million; for an average of RD$175 thousand for each loan, impacting the same number of families nationwide who managed to improve the conditions of their homes.
Guillermo Rondón, executive president of Banco Ademi, reported that since 2016 the program has granted a total of 12,818 loans for an amount of RD$1,929 million. “In this way, it fulfills the mission of promoting the sustained development of our clients, creating a positive effect on the less favored sectors of Dominican society,” he said.
Ademi’s home improvement loans are aimed at those homeowners who need to remodel or expand their home, but do not have formal property documents and consequently have difficulties accessing credit from other financial sector institutions.
About Ademi Multiple Bank
The financial entity began its operations on January 27, 1998 under the legal framework established in Law No. 292 of June 30, 1996 on financial entities, which promotes economic development, and with the authorization to offer expanded services.
Over the years, it has held a strong position within its market of operation. The extensive experience of its main shareholders in the microfinance market allowed it to consolidate itself as the main Multiple Services Bank focused on the development of the financing segment for micro, small and medium-sized companies.
