Santo Domingo. The RD Vial Trust made available to users a new update of the mobile application of the Fast Pass service, as part of its digital transformation process to offer citizens a more agile, transparent, secure and complete system, aligned with the entity’s modernization objectives.
under the slogan «The solution is in your hands», The new version of the Quick Step application integrates a series of advanced functions that respond to the current needs of users, allowing them to manage their transactions and devices in a simple and efficient way from their smart phones.
The update, available for Android and Apple operating systems, incorporates tools that facilitate the customization and administration of multiple accounts, device management and automatic balance recharge, among other options.
According to the development team of RD Vial’s technology department, among the main functions of the Quick Step application is also the creation of family accounts, adding or deleting associated tags, activation and deactivation of devices, transfer of balance between devices and automatic recharge.
Likewise, it also integrates the possibility of recharging balance to third parties, detailed consultation of events and transits by date, updated toll map with their prices, real-time notifications of recharges, consumption and events, as well as the option to manage complaints directly from the app.
