The doctor Andy de Leónwhen speaking in the first meeting of orthopedic graduates of the Darío Contreras hospital, he said that, despite government efforts, the situation does not improve.
He acknowledged that the authorities have focused on improving road circulation and awareness programs in the population.
However, he understands that it is necessary to combine efforts together with Ministry of Education to incorporate road education courses in schools from an early age.

He considered urgent to train and distribute orthopedics in all the provinces of the country to guarantee a rapid and effective response to traffic accidents and to reduce the amount of deaths.
