Brazil started the first stage of the World Skate Street League (SLS) well in Jacksonville, Florida (United States). Silver medal at the Tokyo Olympics, Rayssa Leal from Maranhão advanced to the final with a total of 20 points, the highest score of the qualifying phase. Current two-time SLS champion, Pamela Rosa (15.9) also secured herself in the final in fourth place, as did Gabriella Mazzeto (10.2), eighth and last.

The podium dispute will be this Sunday (17) from 12:30 pm (Brasilia time). In the men’s, the only Brazilian to compete in the final, starting at 3 pm, will be Felipe Gustavo, who qualified in fourth place (25 points) .

Raysa Oliveira, aka Fadinha, seeks her fourth title in SLS stages. A week ago, the Maranhão was in fifth place in the Skate Street Pre-Olympic, in Rome (Italy). This Saturday, Rayssa led the classification, leaving behind the Japanese Yumeka Oda (18.7 points) and Momiji Nishiya, Olympic champion (17.5).
