After the Government extended the deadline to complete the RASE (Registry of Access to Energy Subsidies) for all DNI terminations, the platform reported a record number of requests.
According to official data, 6,314,332 households have already completed the RASE to maintain the subsidies in electricity and gas rates; however, more people still need to fill out the formulafor which the term was extended until July 31.
In the case of people who are going to complete the RASE through the ANSES (National Social Security Administration), which is done in shifts, the registry will remain enabled until August.
It should be remembered that The Government extended the registration expiration due to the fact that until this Monday the number of registrations had been very lowwith which many households would be left automatically without the subsidy.
This, since those who do not complete the form will pay, starting in August, the full rate for electricity and gas services, since they will be users considered within group one of the rate segmentation (higher income).
By extending the deadline to fill out the RASE, Darío Martínez, head of the Energy Secretariat, reported that it went from having “750,000 daily registrations to peaks of almost one million”, so it is expected that more people complete the registration in the next days.
Of the total of 6,314,332 households registered so far, 268,624 belong to group one (higher income); 3,477,652 to group two (with social rate); while 2,568,056 users belong to group three (medium income), for which they will partially maintain the subsidies.
Where is the RASE completed?
The formula It has been enabled since July 15 through the Government website, www.argentina.gob.ar/subsidios. Online registration will be active until the 31st of this month.
In addition, registration can be done in person at ANSES offices, an entity that has assigned more than 100 thousand shifts for citizens to complete this process.
