The Tachirense farmer Waldo Rujano Mora denounced a network of alleged social communicators who demanded a high sum in dollars to not assemble information that allegedly links him to Colombian drug trafficking. Such a complaint was formulated by Rujano Mora before the Criminal Judicial Circuit of San Cristóbal (Táchira) where he consigned a complaint (private accusation) against Gustavo Lainette, among other alleged social communicators.
In that document, Rujano Mora requests to criminally process both Lainette and the other members of the network that tried to extort and still maintains a campaign through news portals already identified.
In these digital media, seven reports were published between August and December 2024 “With absolutely false and exponential content to public hatred against my person, my lady wife Gisela Coromoto Garófalo de Rujano, my son Vicente Rujano and daughter Andrea Paola Rujano, ” he says The farmer in the document. The biggest extortion
One of the websites where extortion notes against Rujano are published, is identified as “elpublique.me“, Allegedly directed by Jorge Elías Castro Fernández, a Venezuelan who was arrested in Spain in 2023 for the crime of fraud. The subject opened 15 news portals dedicated mostly to false information about entrepreneurs who then demanded high sums to withdraw from these websites the aforementioned journalistic notes.
Castro Fernández was given an arrest warrant in 2008 by the Third Control Court of Caracas because he disclosed the photos corresponding to the body of journalist Javier García, murdered with a white weapon.
But, in addition, Castro Fernández was an official of the extinct Directorate of Intelligence and Prevention Service (DISIP) where they dismissed him after verifying that he sold his credential to the Colombian drug trafficker Wilber Alirio Varela, aka soap.
