Rally Frontera Internacional MAD will be held from February 17 to 19

Santo Domingo.- The organizing team of the MAD International Border Rally released this Thursday all the details about the event, which will be held on February 17, 18 and 19 in the Central Park of Santiago de los Caballeros.

The information was confirmed by the general coordinator, Ángel Estévez, known as Scooby in the sports field, who explained that in this new installment the tour will cover the northern and southern parts of the island.

The sports leader pointed out that the Rally “is aimed at all fans of what is known as OFF ROAD, jeep, four wheel, buggy, motorcycle racers, and all those who love speed and adrenaline.”

Scooby explained to the press that the MAD International Border Rally has been carried out successfully since 1999 and that more than 16,000 runners from different countries have passed through it, such as Ecuador, France, Spain, Venezuela, Haiti, Puerto Rico , Dominican Republic, among others.

“This RALLY started in 1999, so it has rained a lot from that year to date and in all the versions we have done we can say that it has been a total success since we have had the massive and enthusiastic participation of runners from different countries. not only from our continent but we have had participants from Europe”, said Estévez.

Likewise, he thanked the attendees for the welcome and support he has always had.

“I want to thank, on behalf of the entire management team of our Rally, the appearance of all of you at this activity. It is an honor for the whole team to have his presence. Thank you for always supporting us,” added Estévez.

The statements were offered at a press conference held this Thursday at the BMW facilities on Abraham Lincoln Avenue, where the main media participated, as well as figures of public opinion, representatives of sports and cultural organizations, and special guests.
