Antecedent

Last November, the four railway unions and the companies Ferrovías SAC and Metrovías SA agreed in the peer review a new salary increase of 36% in three tranches and the payment of a non-remunerative and one-time fixed sum equivalent to 15% of the total gross salary that was in force in September.

It was about a quarterly salary agreement which was in force between October 1 and January 31 of this year.

On that occasion, the parties agreed that the negotiations would be resumed in February, after the publication of the Consumer Price Index (CPI) of January 2023 with the purpose of monitoring the signed agreement and defining the income guidelines.
