105 days from the forced disappearance for arbitrary detention of my husband Rafael Tudares Bracho. He is innocent, he has not committed any crime. He has not been entitled to a lawyer of his trust. No contact with any family has been allowed.

“He is innocent, he has not committed any crime,” said González Urrutia’s daughter, while denouncing that Rafael Tudares has not “had no right to a lawyer of his trust,” as he said on previous occasions, when he has claimed that Túbares is “a victim of a system that has violated his rights.”
Mariana González has requested faith of her husband’s life to “verify her true situation, integrity and health status, through a personal visit.”
In January, González said that it is intended to linked Rafael Túbares with other people detained that month for “supposed facts with which he has not had, nor has any relationship”, in reference to a group of captured foreigners that the Venezuelan authorities qualify as “mercenaries” and accuse of having been sent to execute “terrorist” actions.
