Rafael López Aliaga says that the US prepares formal complaint against Dina Boluarte

The mayor of Lima, Rafael López Aliagahas declared that the United States government, through its State Department, will file a formal complaint against the Management of President Dina Boluarte.

According to the mayor, the reason for the complaint is that trains donated by a “Pituca Zone” of California, Silicon Valley, are not being used and remain stored, which considers a “very serious insult.”

López Aliaga said that, during his visit to the United States, in the State Department he was clearly informed that they would send a complaint letter.

The mayor of Lima said that despite having received a donation of trains, the Peruvian government has not given them, which generates a bad image for the management of Boluarte. The mayor’s statement highlights a possible diplomatic conflict due to the alleged lack of action of the Peruvian government to implement the donation.

“What is lousy is the government of Mrs. Boluarte. I have been in the United States Department of State, where they tell me clearly, we will send a complaint
