Rádio Nacional presents a program dedicated to the singer Liniker

This Saturday (10), at 20h, the Radio Criolinaprogram of National Radio, exhibits a special edition dedicated to the singer Liniker, the first Brazilian transgender artist to receive a Latin Grammy award. The singer won the Best Brazilian Popular Music Album category with the album Indigo Borboleta Anil and was applauded during a brief speech in Spanish at the award ceremony, in November.Rádio Nacional presents a program dedicated to the singer Liniker

During the attraction of the public station, the musical work and the trajectory of the artist receive unprecedented tribute. The singer, songwriter, actress and visual artist is a former member of Banda Liniker e os Caramelows, with whom she released the EP Cru in 2015. At the time, the videos with the interpretation of the project’s songs quickly gained millions of views.

The following year, the band presented their debut album, entitled Remonta, recorded with the help of fans through crowdfunding. The album reverberated internationally and gained attention from the foreign press.

In 2021, Liniker releases his first solo album, the award-winning Indigo Borboleta Anil, which features collaborations with Milton Nascimento, Tassia Reis, Tulipa Ruiz, among other important names in Brazilian music. With 11 songs, the album travels through different rhythms, from hip hop to samba, and takes a journey through the artist’s reunions with her main references and with her ancestry.

Radio Criolina

A space dedicated to the diversity of music production, the program Radio Criolina brings an overview of experiences and musical exchanges carried out by DJs on trips around Brazil and the world, through festivals, showsclubs and street parties.

THE National Radio on saturdays at 8pm, it presents a weekly attraction focusing on contemporary brazilian music, works by world artists and their influences from african and latin mixes, with quotes from works from the 1960s and 1970s that serve as a reference to this day.

Entertainment, sport, chat and news are some of the contents presented by National Radio?? The musical tracks on the program bring national genres and honor stars that are successful in the new MPB and contemporary pop in the country, in addition to the classics of Brazilian music.

New generation personalities that mobilize the public on digital platforms of streaming gain space in the attractions and selection of songs on the radio. The strategy to strengthen the station’s digital presence is another initiative to increase the relationship with its audiences and reach new listeners. For this, the National Radio is on Instagram and intensifies broadcasts on YouTube.

The radio is also present on Spotify with the profile National Radio?? Fans can hear new playlists with the contents of the broadcaster’s programs. Public participation is ensured through social networks and WhatsApp. Announcers seek this integration during the programming of the National Radio??

Broadband network transmissions

The consolidation of the National Radio is one of the achievements that mark the last few years. In addition to the traditional FM 96.1 MHz frequency in Brasília, in 2021 the station gained presence in three other Brazilian capitals, in the so-called extended band.
