Quirós: “They are using state resources to promote the candidacy of Gaby Carrizo”

Angel Valdes | April 18, 2023

The presidential candidate for free nomination, Eduardo Quirós, explained that the Electoral Tribunal (TE) must organize and promote debates between the presidential candidates and the informed vote and that is why he made his request to request a debate between the presidential candidates for the free application, however the TE rejected said request.

He also referred to the campaign of the Vice President of the Republic, José Gabriel Carrizo, heading to the PRD primaries where he considered that the state machinery is being used to promote his candidacy “They are using state resources to promote the pro-government and re-election candidacy of José Gabriel Carrizo, Vice President of the Republic that is coincidentally the spirit of the Constitution prohibits, if they are using state resources, if they are using the benefits that power gives him to promote the government candidacy.
