If you were a covid-19 patient or you have less than a month of receiving the second dose of the coronavirus vaccine, the system of the Government Innovation Authority of Panama (AIG) will not put the QR code in yellow , but will keep it green.

According to the administrator of the AIG, Luis Oliva, the QR code for these people will be updated for up to three months, that is, they will have a three-month window because they cannot be vaccinated before this time in accordance with the provisions of the Ministry. of health.

“So if the system automatically gives you COVID-19 and the laboratory is certified by Gorgas and reports the test, the system will automatically leave you green until three months after you can get the vaccine,” explained Oliva.
