Qali Warma: Hearing of President Dina Boluarte rescheduled

The Judiciary rescheduled the hearing of the Head of State, Dina Boluarte, for the Qali Warma case, for the alleged crime of incompatible negotiation to the detriment of the State.

This is a hearing to control the deadline in the process followed by the alleged crime of incompatible negotiation.

The president is accused of incompatible negotiations, which would have occurred when she served as Minister of Development and Social Inclusion during the government of Pedro Castillo.

According to the Public Ministry, the president would have irregularly benefited her friend Víctor Torres and her brother Nicanor Boluarte with four contracts, the total of the money in question amounts to S/147 thousand.

The president’s spokesperson, Fredy Hinojosa, is also involved within this group. He is singled out because he served as director of the Qali Warma program.

From there, finger-picking appointments would have been made. All of this occurred when Dina Boluarte was head of the Ministry of Development and Social Inclusion, the entity in charge of the aforementioned program.
