Parque El Country will host PyBAFest 2025, a festival that celebrates the love of animals with adoptions, fairs and workshops.
The Country Park comes #PyBAFest 2025, an event that seeks to bring together Bogotá families around animal welfare. The event will be on November 1 and 2, from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm, in a day organized by the PyBA Cluster of the Bogotá Chamber of Commerce together with the District Institute for Animal Protection and Welfare (IDPYBA).
“This weekend, the first and second of November, in the Country park in Bogotá, we are going to have for the first time the Piva Fest, a festival organized by the animal rights cluster of the Bogotá chamber of commerce and the district institute for animal protection and welfare of the Bogotá mayor’s office, with the IDRD,” said Antonio Hernández Llamas, director of the IDPYBA.
For two days, Attendees will be able to participate in recreational, cultural and educational activities designed to strengthen responsible coexistence with companion animals and promote their protection.
One of the main attractions will be the big adoption day, where dogs and cats rescued from abandonment or abuse will hope to find a new home full of affection and care.
The festival will also feature the Entrepreneurship Fair of the IDPYBA Allies Network, made up of animal rights groups and local businesses that work for animal welfare. Every purchase made at this fair will directly support the work of those who dedicate their time and effort to protecting the most vulnerable animals.

In addition, the event will offer workshops, talks and educational activities for the whole family, focused on promoting respect for all living beings and promote citizen culture around the responsible care of animals in the capital.
As a complement, the IDPYBA will also participate in the “Un día Guau 2025” event, an initiative promoted by Germina, Responder and Colsubsidio, which will take place on Sunday, November 2 at Parque Piso Blanco (Carrera 113 #83A–14). This activity will offer free veterinary consultations for families in strata 1, 2 and 3, in addition to educational talks, adoption spaces and a sample of products from the Allies Network.
Through these actions, the IDPYBA invites citizens to join the cause of love without conditions: adopting, caring for and protecting is the best way to transform lives.
