The president of Puntacana Group, Frank Elías Rainieri Kurethighlighted the facilities that the Punta Cana Free Trade Zonedescribing it as a unique park in Latin America and the Caribbean because it allows industrial and logistics a few meters from a flight runway.
Raineri Kuretduring the act of inauguration of the workhighlighted that the strategic location and the innovative design of the space, located within the Punta Cana International Airport, provide global companies with an exceptional competitive advantage.
“Does not exist in Latin America another free zone, industrial and logistics that operates within an airport. There may be a service center or a charging center, but not all three in the same place,” he explained.
He specified that having productive operations a few meters from the flight runway, directly connected to the air cargo hubdeveloped in alliance with the company DP World, will significantly reduce transportation costs and open new commercial routes from Punta Cana.

The project, located in an area of more than 742 thousand square meters, was inaugurated this Wednesday by the Puntacana Group with the presence of the President of the Republic, Luis Abinader, who highlighted the impact of the work.
