Merchants, transporters, workers from the Municipality and other institutions took a break from their daily activities to participate in the “Corso Ecoalegorico”, in tribute to the 98th anniversary of the province of San Román.

This colorful and lavish activity takes place along Andrés Avelino Cáceres Avenue, whose stage was packed with the population. The authorities, dressed in local dance costumes, began the parade in the morning.
Most of the participants, especially in the morning, performed dances such as: morenadas, diabladas, tarqueadas and others, becoming the parade. There were few organizations that created allegories with recyclable material.
According to the organizers of the activity, a total of 98 organizations, including neighborhoods, merchants and institutions, registered their registration and are part of this celebration in tribute to the province of San Román, whose central day is October 24. The parade still continues.
