The Judiciary issued seven days of preliminary detention against INPE security agents Cristian Vásquez, John Aruhuanca, Jaime Cajchaya and Renzo Ccapacca, for the alleged crime of torture against an inmate of the Puno Penitentiary Establishment.
The measure was achieved by the Second Supraprovincial Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Human Rights and Against Terrorism of Puno, in charge of the provincial prosecutor Víctor Castillo Revilla.
