A PNP non-commissioned officer was shot to death and his brother ended up with a gunshot wound in a home located in the La Capilla Municipal urbanization in the city of Juliaca.
According to the investigations, a group of individuals broke into the home of the police officer named Javier Apaza Miranda (43) who was shot at point-blank range. TThey also injured his brother identified as Marvin (30). The subjects fled in a truck, firing several shots.
Both were helped by their relatives; however, The police officer ceased to exist on the way to a private clinic.
