The enraged residents forced the subject to remove his clothes and later tied them to a public lighting pole where they punished for several minutes. Hours later they made them walk half-naked through the streets.
The alleged thief, before the crowd, admitted that 5 other individuals would have participated in the criminal act, who fled the place on linear motorcycles.
The night watchmen from the San Miguel district tried to rescue him, but were prevented by the mob. The police from the sector police station were also unable to appear in the area due to the blockade of the streets and the violent reaction of the protesters.
After making him walk through the arteries of the San Miguel district, hitting various parts of the body, the neighbors handed the subject over to the police officers of the police station so that they can carry out the investigations and identify his accomplices.
