The residents of the province of Azángaro are dismayed by the horrendous crime of a schoolgirl, barely 13 years old, who had been missing since December 29, 2025.
After several days of intense searching by family members, fellow students and neighbors; The authorities confirmed the tragic outcome. Génesis ZCS (13), a student at a secondary educational institution, was murdered and his body was dismembered by his own uncle named Yony Edgar Cc.L.
The prosecutor on duty, Edgar Coila Pilco, He stated that the alleged perpetrator was arrested and confessed to having committed this terrible crime. The murder would have occurred in the same home where the victim and the person under investigation shared.
He said that so far few human remains have been recovered, with a large part of the body missing, such as the skull and limbs, which was allegedly dismembered and thrown into the drain of two homes. “This type of case had never occurred before in the province of Azángaro,” added the prosecutor.
Coila Pilco maintained that the images from the security cameras of the homes in the area were key to clarifying this dark crime, in which the minor is seen entering her home. The alleged perpetrator was also warned to leave with black bags. The case was classified as aggravated femicide.
The Court of the province of Azángaro issued 72 hours of preliminary detention against the alleged perpetrator, in order to continue the investigations to clarify this terrible crime. During the investigation, the authorities found part of the human remains and objects used to dismember the body.
The detainee would have indicated that personal problems with the minor’s mother motivated his crime. In addition to relatives and colleagues, the residents of the province of Azángaro mobilized this Wednesday demanding maximum punishment for the murderer.
