A young man, apparently a minor, was arrested and tied to a public lighting post after being accused of a cell phone to a school in the city of Juliaca.
According to the witnesses, two people “co -took” and stripped their cell phone to a school who was walking towards their José Gálvez school in order to participate in the dances essays.
The incident occurred on Friday afternoon in the Amauta de Juliaca urbanization. The criminals surprised the child from behind.
The neighbors, passers -by and parents of the educational institution They arrested one of the alleged thieves, then tied to a public lighting post and threw with cold water and oil. His accomplice fled with stolen cell phone.
Up to that place, police officers and municipal serenazgo agents arrived who rescued the alleged offender and transferred to the police agency for the investigations.
