The march, convened in the context of 71 Anniversary The birth of Supreme Commander Hugo Chávez, is intertwined with the commemoration of the popular victory of President Nicolás Maduro, obtained in the elections of July 28, 2024.
The activity is raised as a tribute to the revolutionary legacy of Chávez and as a reaffirmation of citizen support to Maduro’s leadership.

July 28 is an emblematic date for the Venezuelan revolutionary process. In 1954 the supreme leader of the Bolivarian Revolution, Hugo Chávez, was born whose political ideology has deeply marked the country’s contemporary history.
In addition, on that same date, in 2024, Nicolás Maduro was President Reelect of Venezuela, consolidating a new stage of government backed by the popular vote for the 2025-2031 period.
