Ernesto Morua, a public policy specialist from UNAM and UAM, points out that the Sheinbaum government has opted to recover spaces outside the central area of the city, but on the other hand, spaces that have already been intervened have been neglected.
“This government has privileged the creation of parks in certain areas, linear parks, especially such as Vicente Guerrero or the Gran Canal, and they represent a rescue in areas that had a certain degree of marginalization,” he says.

“They can take these bases that are in the public domain, which they publish on the Open Data portal, and which serve as a tool for complaints of failures within the public space to be known,” recommends Morua.
