The request is against the brother of President Dina Boluarte and five people involved in the case ‘Los Waykis en la sombra’.
The Provisional Prosecutor’s Office of the Special Team of Prosecutors Against Corruption of Power requested 36 months of preventive detention against the brother of the President of the Republic, Nicanor Boluartefor the case ‘The Waykis in the shadow’. Along with him, Jorge Luis Ortiz, Zenovia Herrera, Noriel Chingay, Jorge Chingay and Mateo Castañeda are accused of the crime against public tranquility – criminal organization and of insulting the Peruvian State.
