He Public Ministry requested this Sunday the imposition of preventive detention against the urban exponent Masha and his companion Jhakomo Hernández de la Rosa, arrested allegedly trafficking two pounds of dope in the vehicle that they were traveling through the Villa Francisca sector, National District, reported the Attorney General’s Office of the Republic.
The measure against Asly Mariel Victoriano Sánchez (Masha) and Jhakomo Hernández de la Rosa was presented by the prosecutor Manuel Aquinoattached to Drug Investigation Department and Controlled Substances National Districthe said in a press release.
He pointed out that Victoriano Sánchez and Hernández de la Rosa were arrested he October 24, 2025 by a second lieutenant and a sergeant of the National Police who were carrying out patrol work on Licey Street on the corner of Paris, indicates a press release from the MP.

He Public Ministry classified the events as a violation of articles 6, letter A; 28 and 75, numeral II, of the Law 50-88on Drugs and Controlled Substances, in the category of drug trafficand requested preventive detention considering that there is sufficient evidence linking the accused with the illegal activity.
