SAN PEDRO DE MACORIS.- The Public Ministry reported today that it is persecuting Ricardo Aponte, father of former baseball player Miguel Sanó to bring him to justice for causing the death of his ex-partner and injuring two other people in the middle of an incident recorded last Sunday night in a business on N street, in the La Colina II sector, in this province.
Aponte, as established during the investigation, He fired several shots at his ex-partner Juana Francisca Henderson that caused the death and wounded Messrs. Yuly Estefani Guerrero Camacho and Juan Manuel Delgado Pion with the same firearm, while the victims shared in a birthday celebration.
The Public Ministry indicated that it is carrying out the corresponding investigations.
The authorities called on Ricardo Aponte to turn himself in by the channels he deems appropriate and answer to justice for the case.

Regarding the crime, they indicated that the defendant appeared violently at the place so that his ex-partner would go with him and, failing to achieve his goal, he forced her out of the business.
