The Public ministry made changes to the First Temporary Supreme Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Crimes Committed by Public Officials after the resignation of one of its members.
The Resolution of the National Prosecutor’s Office 1529-2022-MP-FN published in an extraordinary bulletin of legal norms of El Peruano on the night of Friday, July 22, accepts the resignation of Jesús Eliseo Martín Fernández Alarcón as transitory provisional supreme prosecutor and his appointment in the office of the prosecutor for crimes of officials.

In his replacement, the Nation’s prosecutor restructured this area with the appointment of Franklin Jaime Tomy López and Isidor Jesús Prado León as transitory provisional supreme prosecutors.
The measure has been possible after the appointment of the lawyer Tomy López as superior criminal prosecutor of Arequipa and that of Prado León as senior deputy criminal prosecutor of Lima, according to the norm.
Both were appointed within the First Temporary Supreme Prosecutor’s Office Specialized in Crimes Committed by Public Officials.
The same publication confirms the appointment of Fany Soledad Quispe Farfán as Provincial Criminal Prosecutor of Lima, Fiscal District of Lima, currently Fiscal District of Lima Centro, in the 5th Provincial Criminal Office of the First Corporate Criminal Prosecutor’s Office of La Victoria-San Luis.
The resolution bears the signature of the Nation’s prosecutor, Liz Patricia Benavides.
