The Attorney General of the Republic, Tarek William Saab, informed that the Public Ministry appointed the Prosecutor’s Office 16 of the Miranda State, to investigate and establish responsibilities in the invasion of a property belonging to an adult Mayos of 92, perpetrated by the nephews of the aggravated.
In accordance with a publication in the official Instagram account of the Public Ministry, it was detailed that the authorities immediately claimed the reported case, in order to give expedited answers to the older adult, Dora Espinoza, who accuses her relatives of invading her property and preventing access to the property, causing serious property damage.
It is important to note that the Attorney General of the Republic has managed to restore the properties of two older adults in Caracas. One of the case was on El Bosque Avenue, La Castellana Urbanization, in favor of the GUBUELA LOLA JOSEFINA LANDAETA (100 years of age) and the complaint of the older adult Flavio Rumboswho, through making the request before the competent entity of the Metropolitan Area of Caracas, achieved the delivery of his apartment, which was illegally occupied by the citizen Yanina Luna.
