“Citizen arrest is an alternative to combat citizen insecurity, a mechanism that is considered in the New Code of Criminal Procedure (NCPP), the same that can be carried out if a crime is committed in the middle of the election,” said prosecutor Miguel Ángel Villalobos, president in charge of the Board of Prosecutors of the Judicial District of Junín.
