Public Ministry cites the alleged aggressor of the Yaigo delivery company worker

Andros CC was summoned by the Public Ministry, as charged with criminal injury serious and mildin the case of aggression to the worker of a distribution or delivery company, that occurred on Wednesday, June 15, and that was recorded by security cameras to later go viral on social networks.

The citation was left in a condominium in the capital of Santa Cruz, this Friday. The brutal aggressor must appear at the offices of the Special Force to Fight Crime (Felcc) next Monday 20, at 15:45.

As can be seen in a video circulating on social networks, the victim, Gunther Salvador Huayta, received blows and kicks in the facewhich made it necessary to practice four stitches on his eyebrow.

According to the man’s version, the assailant collided the van he was driving with the grill of the delivery man’s motorcycle, which would have caused a scratch on the vehicle, whose owner demanded $700 in compensation.

Huayta narrated that a woman got out of the vehicle and tried to take away his cell phone and after he indicated that he was not being disrespectful, the violent driver hit him.
