The Public Ministry (MP), through a statement, informed the country that between yesterday, December 19, and today, December 20, it requested, and they were agreed upon by the Judiciary, 200 reviews of measures for defendants after the serious acts of violence that occurred in the country after the presidential elections on July 28, which were intended to generate a civil war.
The information was disseminated by the MP through a statement posted on its Instagram account where it details that with these new approved requests, the number of 733 releases carried out within the framework of due process guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic is reached.

The Public Ministry informs the country that between yesterday, December 19, and today, December 20, it requested and was agreed upon by the Judiciary, 200 reviews of measures for defendants following the serious acts of violence that occurred in the subsequent country. to the holding of the presidential elections on July 28, which were intended to generate a civil war.
With these new approved requests, the figure of 733 releases carried out within the framework of due process guaranteed by the Constitution of the Republic is reached.
The Public Ministry, in a coordinated manner and inspired by the principle of collaboration between public powers provided for in article 136 of the Constitution, will continue the process of exhaustive review of these cases in the coming hours, in defense of Peace, Justice and Human Rights .
