Santo Domingo.- The Ministry of public healtha reported this Monday 2 new cases of Covid-19 and zero deaths in the last 24 hours.
According to bulletin number 1012, issued by the National Epidemiology Directorate of the Ministry of Public Health, the total number of deaths is 4,384 while the accumulated cases amount to 658,668.
According to the aforementioned report, 633 remain active while 653,651 have recovered from the virus and 3,113,713 have been ruled out by laboratory tests.
In the last 24 hours, 24 tests have been carried out, of which 18 are PCR and 6 are antigenic for a total of 3,772,381 samples processed.
Daily positivity stands at 20.00%, and in the last four weeks at 14.81%.
The fatality rate is 0.67% and the mortality per million inhabitants stands at 419. 58.
The Hospital Network has 2,373 COVID beds of which 34 are occupied, for 1.4 percent, while in the Intensive Care Unit (ICU) beds there are 585 available, of which 11 are occupied for 1.9%.
While, of a total of 469 system fans, 3 are connected so far, which represents 0.6%.
