Integrated plan
The Public Prosecutor’s Office of the State of São Paulo reported that it has today established an integrated action plan with prosecutors from various areas to monitor the legal proceedings regarding the plane crash. “It is an absolutely plural group. It involves prosecutors from all areas. So they will act according to their respective areas. It could be the area of public records, consumer protection, or criminal law,” said the deputy attorney general of the MPSP, Roberto Barbosa Alves.
Alves stressed that Voepass has cooperated with the investigations “as far as possible,” but that there is still no forecast for when the MPSP will file a complaint. “There is still the removal of evidence from the accident site, and this obviously still requires a series of measures that are absolutely time-bound,” he said.
