From the Municipal Theater of Caracas, during the Extraordinary Plenary of the PSUV and the JPSUV, the Head of State also urged the 2,885 delegates of the Congress to move to the regions and territories to take the debate to the more than 60,000 team and community teams throughout the country.
The objective referred to, is that the militancy discusses and defines the fundamental lines of action for the next stage of the Bolivarian Revolution. The proposal was approved by the attendees, who were self-convened for next week to discuss and consolidate the conclusions of the day.
He emphasized the importance of this consultation process, qualifying it as a fundamental action for the party. The day will be organized methodologically by the Presidency team and the General Secretariat of the Party, by Eduardo Piñate.
Maduro emphasized that the alternative for the country is one, underlining the dignity and resistance capacity of the Venezuelan people.

For the debate, Maduro struck three fundamental issues to listen to the people and bring the best systematized proposals.

PEOPLE IN RESISTANCE
President Maduro said that the Bolivarian Government’s defense doctrine is the most advanced in Latin America and the Caribbean, built on a strategic security concept that breaks with the colonial vision of the past.
The Head of State pointed out that the current doctrine prioritizes the uninitated, peaceful, constitutional and legal struggle, and encompasses political, electoral, cultural, social, ideological, spiritual and economic aspects.
