The first vice president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV)Diosdado Cabello, reported that in more than 47,000 organized communities, assemblies will be held in order to carry out an evaluation of the awning, prepare for the congress and the consultation of the next February 2.
“Regarding the call that we have from this moment and to shape it during Thursday, Base Assemblies of the PSUV and the JPSUV (Youth of the Party) in all the communities of Venezuela, more than 47,000 communities Organized, ”he explained.
Cabello added that the assemblies will be convened by the political teams of the communities. “This will allow us to make a diagnosis, an evaluation of our party, prepare for tasks, prepare for the congress and for the great consultation of February 2, where the party has to help the communities, a consultation for the budgets of the communal councils, but our militancy lives in the communities, ”he said.
In addition, he explained that the political teams of the communities must work on systematization, in the call of all street bosses and militants who want to participate in these assemblies. “This is a preparatory assembly,” he emphasized.
“The fundamental issues that will be there are the context and guidance of the new stage of the Bolivarian Revolution, commune or nothing, organization of the communal circuits of our teams, discussion of profiles and criteria of the candidates and candidates of the PSUV; Think, organize and act of the PSUV from the commune and the communal circuits, the PSUV and its perspective in the formation of the historical block, ”he added.
Aligned in the same direction
Cabello said that these assemblies will be conducive to being aligned in the same direction, being part of the work they must do at each level of party organization. These assemblies will be directed by the heads of the community.

FEBRUARY CONSULTATION
Regarding the great consultation of next February 2, he indicated that he starts on Saturday at 8 am with the reception of the voting centers, the electoral material and the installation of the table. Cabello stressed that there are more than 36,000 projects that were chosen in direct exercise of democracy and sovereignty, in popular assemblies.
He also recalled that in this 2025 six consultations will be made, of which four have to do with projects and two additional, one related to youth projects and another on the cultural issue.
