The president of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, Nicolás Maduro, reported that in a few days the Manual and guide for street bosses, communities and Bolívar and Chávez Battle Units (UBCh) will be delivered to consolidate the democratic and revolutionary work method of the rank and file of the ruling party.
The President of the Republic, during his speech at the Meeting with the Council of Vice Presidents and the Political Bureau of the Revolution, congratulated the bases of the party and the Venezuelan people for their participation in the elections held this Saturday to elect the leaders of street, communities and UBCh.
«There were four continuous weeks of activity to organize and make communications to activate participation in the assemblies and elections. Four continuous weeks of work that remain written in the political history of the most democratic force that has ever existed in Venezuela: the PSUV. This is Chavez’s path, of summoning the people, of guaranteeing their rights to the people”, he stressed.
Maduro highlighted the renewal of 58% of the leadership and said that 42% had been ratified to whom he sent his congratulations.
«To the new ones, I welcome them and to the ratified ones, I congratulate them for their work. There is no one left over here, we are a collective, integrating leadership. Those who were heads of UBCh must thank them and incorporate them into 1 × 10 activities », he stated.
I highlight the process of growth and renewal of the UBCh, created by Commander Hugo Chávez. «Now the UBCh are a deep social leadership that have to do with sports cultural work, food, not only electoral politicians. They are social instruments of living, living », he said, explaining that they are no longer limited to the original functions they had at the time of their creation, as electoral instruments.

Likewise, the president announced that the lines of action proposed by the president to be developed before the end of this year 2022 are:
1.- Broad and deep consolidation of the Congress of the New Era
2.- Democratic renewal of more than 22,000 community councils and the strengthening of the community movement in the country.
The president highlighted that the renewal of these 22,000 communal councils represents 45% of those existing in the country.
“September, October, November and December are going to be months of consolidation. We have taken steps forward in the economy, socially and politically,” he stressed.
