In the Andrés Eloy Blanco municipality, Sucre state, the auxiliary political body of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) together with the municipal team of the red awning, swore in the 367 promoters who will encourage the participation of the militancy, during the election process this Saturday August 20 in the popular assemblies to elect the new street leaders.
The political act was attended by the delegates of the V Congress of the PSUV, councilors and the local revolutionary militancy.
The mayor of the jurisdiction, Elias Guerra, indicated that 1,467 structures will be renovated in the municipality, with the aim of strengthening the party in each of the spaces and consolidating the Bolivarian Revolution.
The structures to be elected during the PSUV election process this Saturday will be made up of 4 people, including a street leader, a person in charge of Training, one of Agitation, Propaganda and Communication (APC) and a person in charge of mobilization, detailed the mayor.
Likewise, he stated that the election process must be based on unity, discipline, responsibility, transparency and loyalty to the legacy of Commander Chávez and President Nicolás Maduro.
“We are going to participate in this renewal process to which the party has called us to strengthen the Revolution from the grassroots. You will be the structures of the PSUV in each territory, you will be the guarantors of enforcing the policies issued to give well-being and happiness to our people,” said Guerra.
He stressed that this renewal action carried out by the political organization seeks to fine-tune the Chavista machinery to guarantee victory during the next electoral contest to take place in 2024.
“Today more than ever the party calls for a new stage in which we are all preparing for that great day, that great mega-election that we will have,” stressed the mayor.
He assured that the militancy is the vanguard and revolutionary force that has kept Chavez’s ideology undefeated, heading for the consolidation of socialism.
He stressed that from the Andrés Eloy Blanco municipality, they will continue to defend the sovereignty and freedom of the Venezuelan people, raising the flags of unity, victory and participatory democracy in each of the battles that arise.
“From here we will continue to keep the flame of freedom alive. We are going to consolidate the legacy of Chávez and we will continue to defend the freedom of the homeland, in the face of war, abuses and sanctions against Venezuela. We will continue to stand up!” exalted the mayor.
For her part, Karenly Sánchez, municipal liaison for the PSUV, pointed out that the renewal of the grassroots structures of the political organization are framed within the 3R.Nets.
The popular assemblies will be held throughout the territory of Sucre starting at 2:00 in the afternoon, highlighted the municipal liaison of the red awning, Karenly Sánchez.
He explained that the promoters will have the task of motivating the popular assemblies framed in the code of ethics of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, in addition to transmitting the results obtained during the election process of the street leaders, who will assume the responsibility of enforcing the party policies in each space.
He added that the new 1,467 leaders will become the strength of the PSUV in each of the territories, who will revolutionize the programs and lines directed by President Nicolás Maduro, to raise the quality of life of the population.
“With a lot of unity, we are all disciplined and with a great will and commitment to work for the social cause in each community,” said Sánchez.
