PSUV prepares organizational proposals for presidential elections 2024

diputado Julio Chávez

The president of the Special Commission to Investigate Crimes against Venezuelan Migrants of the National Assembly (AN), deputy Julio Chávez, for the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV), indicated that the red awning is preparing for the upcoming presidential elections in the year 2024, for which new organizational mechanisms are discussed in its political structure.

“Discussions are taking place so that we advance in a proposal, a method so that the whole process of restructuring and refounding the party, from the bottom up, is conceived. An important challenge is approaching in the year 2024, the presidential elections. For this reason, the party will dedicate a good part of its time to planning and doing the work to build a majority, not only at the level of the UBCH (Hugo Chávez Battle Units), but at the community level,” said the member of the board. of the PSUV.

In this sense, during the program Al Aire, broadcast by Venezolana de Televisión, Chávez indicated that the PSUV will refine and consolidate the organizational methodologies for the reunion of Chavismo in the national territory and strengthen “the organized search for the vote.”

Likewise, he reiterated that the entire PSUV militancy debates permanently, throughout the national territory, to seek solutions to “collective and prioritized” problems through the implementation of the 1×10 of Good Government as part of the 3R.Nets , which “must be a permanent policy” that guarantees a “democratic and participatory” State model.

Illegal certificates issued by Panama for international travel

Deputy Julio Chavez warned that Panama is issuing a certification so that Venezuelan citizens with expired passports can travel internationally.

“The Government of Panama is authorizing the citizen Fabiola Zavarce, who represents an imaginary government, to issue and charge an official certification to Venezuelan migrants who have expired passports and thus can move around the world, which violates all international agreements”, he pointed out.

In this sense, he indicated that the identification and migration service of the Simón Bolívar International Airport, in Maiquetía, La Guaira state, is retaining the illegal documents.

“This speaks of the concert of some countries in the region, to continue attacking Venezuela and turn this migration problem into something so lucrative for the imaginary diplomatic missions in these countries,” said the parliamentarian.

Diplomatic prospects with Colombia

The deputy expressed that before Gustavo Petro assumes the presidency of Colombia on August 7, “things can happen”, for which he warned that “the 30, 28, 18 brigades and the tenth armored brigade of Colombia, where they operate and directed by North American officers, they move towards the Venezuelan borders” to generate situations that complicate diplomatic relations between the New Granadan country and Venezuela.

Despite this border scenario, the parliamentarian stressed that the international policy that Gustavo Petro plans to promote revolves around dialogue, reconciliation and the establishment of peace diplomacy.

“I believe that the agreements previously signed between Colombia and other nations can hardly be invalidated, but surely new things will not be signed that affect the fundamental peace policy that Petro ensures to carry out,” adds the legislator Chávez.

In addition, the parliamentarian considers Petro’s intentions to recover the original peace agreements, signed in 2016 in Havana, Cuba, as a positive fact.

“In these first agreements, the steps are established to go to an internal peace process, with the disarmament of the violent groups that operate in Colombia and the possibility of initiating an agrarian reform process, which without a doubt, will it will change the face of the Caribbean country,” he assured.

In this sense, it assumes that the agrarian development of Colombia will allow Venezuela to capture capital in the border areas with the Organic Law of Special Economic Zones (LOZEE), recently approved by the AN, and that is why “they want to sabotage the borders” .
