This Saturday, August 27, the militancy of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) in the state of Sucre, carry out popular assemblies in an organized and democratic manner to elect the new heads of communities.
In each of the 2,103 communities that make up the geography of Sucre, this election schedule is developed, guided by the political organization, as part of the process of renewing its bases.
Elections in all communities
Jesús Faría, state liaison of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela, explained that in the election process new work teams will be formed, made up of four (4) people, including the head of the community, an ideological trainer, a leader who will be in charge of communication and propaganda and a mobilizer.
“It is a team of four militants who will be elected in each territory, who will be the structures of our party in each of the communities and streets, who will be deployed to fulfill the tasks issued to serve our people,” he said.
In this sense, he emphasized that with this renewal schedule, the political organization seeks to consolidate itself as the largest party in the country and Latin America.
«The party continues to attest to its muscle, its energy, its vitality and its deep popular roots. Millions and millions of people are currently participating in the assemblies called by our maximum leader of the Revolution, Nicolás Maduro », he stated.
Faría: The goal is to strengthen the Bolivarian Revolution
The programming of the election of the red awning is framed in the strategic lines addressed in the V Congress of the PSUV and its fundamental objective is to strengthen the Bolivarian Revolution in each space of the Venezuelan territory, Faría indicated.
He also added that the revolutionary process is the “only way” to continue maintaining the sovereignty and freedom of Venezuela. Reason for which, he assured that they will work to comply with all the social and economic policies promoted by the National Executive, to provide improvements in the population.
In this regard, he stressed that the teams formed have the mission of guaranteeing, together with regional and municipal institutions, the well-being and social tranquility of the population, in the face of constant economic and political attacks promoted by the North American empire, to destabilize the country, undermine the peace and tranquility of Venezuelan families.
Venezuela is a people with a conscience
The also deputy of the National Assembly (AN) reiterated that “Venezuela has a conscious people capable of discerning who are those who truly want their safety and well-being and those who only want the power to sell the goods and assets of the Venezuelan population. “, he claimed.
In this context, Jesús Faría celebrated the organized, responsible and transparent behavior in which revolutionary militancy participates in these processes of renewal of grassroots structures.
“Once again, the militancy of our glorious United Socialist Party of Venezuela show discipline and, in an organized and united manner, attend to the call made by President Nicolás Maduro, without rancor or resentment they exercise this process, which will allow us to renew and revolutionize the programs aimed at maintaining the economic and political freedom of our country» he praised.
Finally, he stressed that the election process of the red awning will culminate on September 3 of this year, where the new chiefs of the Bolívar-Chavez Battle Units (UBCH) will be elected.
