Through its account on the social network, the party invited its militancy to participate in this process of renewing its bases.
This Saturday the PSUV will choose the bosses of the more than 260,000 streets georeferenced by the party throughout the national territory.
Assemblies are scheduled to be held on August 27 to choose the heads of the community and on September 3, those of the Bolívar-Chávez Battle Units (UBCH).

Before the PSUV election process, the party’s president, Nicolás Maduro, invited everyone to participate starting at 2:00 p.m. this Saturday and stressed: “Let’s strengthen Chávez’s party, our United Socialist Party of Venezuela , the strength of the country. The slogan is: Unite, Add and Succeed».
For his part, the first vice president of the PSUV, Diosdado Cabello, invited the party’s militants to go to the voting centers “in perfect Chavista unity for the election of the leadership teams of each street in the country.”

In recent statements, Cabello indicated that these elections will mark “a historic milestone in how to build democracy. This can only be done by the United Socialist Party of Venezuela.
Likewise, the executive vice president, Delcy Rodríguez, highlighted on Twitter that “only in a revolutionary party like the PSUV does the sovereign people elect their representatives.”
