PSUV announces “manual” of militancy during the swearing-in of street bosses in Vargas

Maduro affirmed that the PSUV is “prepared for a great popular victory” at the moment in which the National Electoral Council (CNE) determines the date of the elections.

During a swearing-in ceremony of heads of the bases of the United Socialist Party of Venezuela (PSUV) — street bosses, community bosses, and UBCH bosses — in Vargas, President Nicolás Maduro reported on the publication of a “manual” that party militants must learn.

The document is called “Work Manual for Leaders” and establishes a series of guidelines that the PSUV militants must comply with in order to meet the objectives of the Chavista government for 2030, since the party’s leadership plans to remain in government at least until this year.

The deputy of the National Assembly (AN) administered by the Chavista, Tania Díaz, revealed that the manual will be studied, debated and disseminated in Chavista circles to make it reach all street leaders, community leaders and heads of Hugo Battle Units. Chavez (UBCH).

Subsequently, the guide full of propaganda content about the PSUV will be disseminated even through the media that the party “has at its disposal”, that is, through State channels.

«We started with a great meeting with national and regional teams, to leave from next week and make study circles of this manual. It is a personalized dissemination plan, but then it will begin to spread with the means of communication that we have available », he declared.

Maduro demanded both Tania Díaz and Chavista deputy Pedro Infante to guarantee compliance with this “training plan” of the Chavista bases, with the premise that the manual must reach even “the last team on the last street, from the last community and the last UBCH”, who have the mission of “studying it and assimilating it” to comply with the party’s guidelines.

According to Infante, one of the main functions of the manual will be to consolidate the PSUV’s strategy to consolidate its electoral machinery for the next elections that Chavismo will face, beginning with the 2024 presidential elections.

Regarding the aforementioned electoral process, Maduro affirmed that the party is “prepared for a great popular victory” at the moment in which the National Electoral Council (CNE) determines the date of the elections.
